Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an e-mail/online order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. BrandedSG reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order (or part of an order) after your payment has been authorized and approved is not allowed. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading and agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions.
All products, once sold are non-returnable. Please do check all the products once it is delivered to you.
Once a product has been sold and delivered, it cannot be exchanged except for products received are different from what is stated on the order; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
BrandedSG reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, stock clearance, and errors in advertising. Product prices at BrandedSG advertised media may be different with the prices at BrandedSG website.
Stock / Product Supply
Books published on our website are supplied either directly from our warehouse or from our local/overseas suppliers depending on the stock availability.
Order Fulfillment Policy
BrandedSG is committed to fulfill all customer’s order in the shortest possible time but we do not promise any customer of delivery/collection within any time frame. We generally estimate that most orders will be delivered or can be collected within 7 days as a guide only.
Custom Duty Charges
BrandedSG does not charge any additional customs duties on International shipments; however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
Delivery and Receiving of Orders (Local – Singapore)
When an order is delivered at the appointed data and time but there is no one to receive the goods, a re-delivery charge of S$20 will be imposed to customer for a new delivery attempt. Alternatively, customer can choose to self-collect at our destinated location. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details of customer collection.
Delivery and Receiving of Orders (Overseas, non-Singapore)
When an order is delivered to an International Address (non-Singapore) and found to be undeliverable (e.g. no person is able to receive or when our courier is unable to locate the address), our courier would leave a contact them for free re-delivery arrangement. Failing to hear from customer, our courier will attempt to contact the Recipient and if however the Recipient is non-contactable, a re-delivery attempt may be made again and then after, the parcel will be abandoned. Once the parcel is abandoned, BrandedSG will consider that Order as delivered. It is IMPORTANT to note that it is the responsibilities of the Customer to ensure the address is deliverable.
